Lindsay DeMille is a chiropractic technician. She has previously worked as a personal trainer and a nutritionist. She started getting into fitness when she first started running in middle school. She used to go on long runs by herself in order to “get into her own world.” She grew up around people who did not really take their health seriously, and that bothered her because she did not want to be fated with the same habits. So she took it upon herself to try and learn what she could. As the years went by, she kept accumulating new information. Regarding a lot of the things that she goes through personally, she loves learning about and using as ammunition to help others. She truly loves helping other people feel good about themselves and bring them to better health. Lindsay notes that life is extremely hard. If she can make it easier for someone, she considers that a win.

Rachel Siegel is a professional clarinetist, recorder player, and newly-minted psychotherapist. She spent over four years playing in a premier military band called “The President's Own," in which she performed for heads of state, military leaders, and regular concert-going audiences. She then spent time in a master's program in Texas, honing her clarinet-playing skills. In 2020, she applied for a Master of Social Work, with plans to use her therapy background to help performing artists and students of performing arts. She plans to specialize in helping these individuals refine their sense of self and their identity independent of achievement, and to help with their performance anxiety, existential anxiety and depression. Currently, her challenge is to learn how to balance her own performance endeavors in conjunction with her mission as a therapist.
